Section 58
Dispute Resolution Mechanism
(1) Any dispute arising between the public body and construction business suppliers, service providers or consultants in connection with the implementation of the purchase agreement shall be resolved by mutual agreement.
(1A) If the dispute cannot be resolved by mutual agreement according to sub-section (1), it should be mentioned in the purchase agreement that the dispute will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the prevailing law.
