Section 123
Dispute resolution
(1) If any dispute arises between banks or financial institutions, such dispute shall be resolved by mutual agreement. (2) If the dispute cannot be resolved by mutual agreement as per sub-section (1), the National Bank shall resolve the dispute by adopting dispute resolution measures in accordance with the conciliation process or other prevailing laws. (3) The decision made by the National Bank as per sub-section (2) shall be final.
