<br> to be married
Subject to this paragraph, marriage may take place between a man and a woman in the following circumstances:-
(a) If the man and woman agree to accept each other as husband and wife,
(b) If a man and a woman are not related to the punishment for adultery according to the law,
(c) If both the man and the woman are still married,
(d) If he attains the age of twenty years.
(2) Notwithstanding anything contained in Clause (b) of sub-section (1), there shall be no hindrance to marry or arrange for marriage in accordance with the customs prevailing in one's caste community or clan.
