Section 35
Procedure for writing on behalf of a person in a special situation
(1) Notwithstanding anything written elsewhere in this paragraph, when any document is executed on behalf of a person who is blind or unable to speak, the guardian or guardian of such person shall also be notified, and the document shall be prepared as expressed or indicated by him and the guardian or guardian shall be signed.
