Section 8A
Special Provisions

(1) Before the commencement of this section, in relation to the registration of vacant land, the relevant party has been dismissed in the specified court, or the certificate of citizenship has been revoked due to the failure to submit the certificate of citizenship, or one party has passed the deadline of the other party.
