(1) Before the commencement of this section, in relation to the registration of vacant land, the relevant party has been dismissed in the specified court, or the certificate of citizenship has been revoked due to the failure to submit the certificate of citizenship, or one party has passed the deadline of the other party. Even if a person who wants to reopen a case that has been dismissed or is pending, if the government of Nepal publishes a notice in the Nepal Gazette and submits an application to the designated court within the time limit, the designated court may reopen the case that has been dismissed or dismissed or pending. p>

(2) If a land owner or a farmer has not submitted the details as per sub-section (1) of section 5 within the deadline, the specified court has set a deadline for the registration of vacant land, if the details as per sub-section (1) of section 5 are received within that deadline, the details Based on this, the designated court may take action related to the registration of vacant land.

(3) Before the commencement of this section, the Government of Nepal shall publish a notice in the Nepal Gazette on the decision made by the designated court regarding the registration of vacant land within the prescribed period. There will be an appeal to the court.
