11. Provisions related to the appointment of expert staff (1) The committee may appoint the expert staff required by the trust in accordance with the prevailing laws and the guidelines issued by the Government of Nepal from time to time. (2) Sub-rule (1) ) the terms and conditions of service and facilities of the employees appointed will be as specified in the contract at the time of appointment.
