Section 16
Expert committee or task force
(1) To study and analyze a specific technical aspect of project investment, the office may set up an expert committee or a working group consisting of experts in the related field to determine the terms of reference and term of office.
(2) The facilities of the members and officials as per sub-section (1) shall be as prescribed by the office.
