Section 19
Can provide or receive expert services

(1) The Commission may provide specialized or expert services as specified at the request of any body on any matter related to human rights.
(2) The Commission may engage the services of any specialized agency or expert as prescribed in the course of its work.
(3) The work, duties and rights of the agency or expert providing specialized or expert services as per sub-section (2) and the facilities to be enjoyed by such agency or expert shall be as prescribed by the Commission.
