Section 42

Provisions relating to the dissolution of the University

(1) If for any reason the University cannot operate, the Government of Nepal may dissolve the University on the recommendation of the Assembly. (2) In case of dissolution of the University according to sub-section (1), all movable and immovable assets of the University shall belong to the Government of Nepal.
