(1) The University shall be a self-governing and incorporated body with unbroken succession.
(2) The University shall have a separate seal for all business operations.
(3) The University may acquire, use, sell or make other arrangements for movable and immovable property like individuals.
(4) The University may file a complaint against an individual as well as against the University under the same name.
(5) The university can enter into contracts with individuals, exercise rights and fulfill obligations according to contracts.
