Section 35
Eligibility required for University Admission
(1) The qualifications of students or researchers who are required to be admitted to the university shall be as specified.
(2) In accordance with the policy of the Government of Nepal, the University shall reserve a place for women, tribals/tribes, Madhesi, Dalits, disabled persons, backward class or community students for admission based on the specified percentage. 35 a. Free higher education _ and scholarship: (1) Higher education will be free for Dalit, marginalized, disabled and economically disadvantaged students who are enrolled in the university or its subordinate religious and community educational institutions by fulfilling the criteria set by the university. (2) For the purpose of sub-section (1), Aadhar, Other regulations related to standards and classification shall be as specified by the Government of Nepal by publishing a notice in the Nepal Gazette. (3) A student shall be able to enjoy the facility as per sub-section (2) only once at each level. The following seats will be reserved. (5) The university will provide higher education for the sons and daughters of martyrs, missing persons and disabled persons as per the prevailing law. (6) Students who have studied in community schools from class six to class ten will receive scholarships in accordance with the prevailing law in higher education.
