A person who is selected for scholarship and receiving study or training will not be allowed to change the subject sent for the purpose of study or training. Or if an application is made showing a clear reason for changing the subject of the training and if it is deemed necessary to change the subject, the Ministry of Education can approve the subject change with the consent of the commission.
