Section 4
Subject ministries and departments remain

(1) There will be the necessary number of relevant ministries and departments to perform the functions of the central level of the Government of Nepal. (2) The number of ministries and their division of labor will be in accordance with the division of labor regulations of the Government of Nepal. ) under the ministry, there can be the required number of departments, offices and agencies.
