Applying for pesticide registration (1) An individual, organization or body that wants to import, export, or produce any pesticide must submit a registration fee of one thousand rupees in the format prescribed by the committee to register such pesticide according to section 9 of the Act. (2) In accordance with sub-rule (1), the person, institution or agency applying for pesticide registration shall provide the necessary technical and other information related to the pesticide requested by the office in relation to registration.
