12. Licensing of retailers of pesticides

(1) An application to the Committee for a license to retail pesticides by any person, institution or body. Based on the criteria determined by the committee, if it is deemed appropriate to issue a license after conducting the necessary investigation, the committee will issue a pesticide retailer's license in the format prescribed by the committee.
(2) Retailers of pesticides shall comply with the terms and conditions mentioned in the licence.
