15. Settlement of displaced persons:

(1) When the Nepal Government acquires land for the purpose of the scheme, if a person is displaced and no other house or land of such person is settled in a house. The committee shall make a plan for such a person to settle elsewhere and submit it to the Government of Nepal.

(2) According to sub-rule (1), when making a plan for the settlement of the displaced person, the committee shall submit to the authority of the Government of Nepal. A plan must be prepared to make them settle on the land. (3) If the settlement plan as per sub-section (2) is approved by the Government of Nepal, the Land Committee of the Government of Nepal will sell or distribute it to the displaced persons as per the requirement to live under the conditions specified by the Committee. .

(4) After the sale or distribution of the land owned by the Government of Nepal for the residence of the displaced persons or distributed in accordance with sub-rule (3), the committee shall send a written report to the relevant warehouse or land administration office to deduct the cost of that land. If written for the purpose of deducting the land, the Mal Adda or land administration office will also have to deduct the land.
