(1) No person or company who does not have a license to transport under this rule shall not be allowed to transport any explosive substance.
(2) Any explosive substance to be handed over for transport can only be handed over by the licensee to a person or company licensed to transport it.
(3) The licensees who transport explosive substances shall specify the name, nationality and license number of the person who will hand over the explosive substance to the person transporting the explosive substance and to whom the explosive substance will be delivered. ˚The signature of the person who entrusted the transportation of the substance should be done.
(4) The person who transports the explosive substance for others should only see the license of the explosive substance when delivering it to the person receiving it.
