Section 47
Notification of Wewarisi or Dariya Burdi wood
According to sub-section (2) of section 46, after collection of Wewarisi or Dariya Burdi wood, the notification with complete details and attachment of such wood shall be submitted by the concerned Divisional Forest Officer to the concerned forest office and the claimant to such wood shall within fifteen days The application with proof of entitlement should be submitted to the said forest office.
