Section 14
Alternative education can be arranged

(1) Children who are unable to obtain basic level education after enrolling in a school for any other reason or due to lack of suitable schools will have the right to receive alternative education up to that level.
(2) Other arrangements related to alternative education up to the basic level shall be as prescribed.
