Marital relationship is deemed to be terminated
The marital relationship between husband and wife shall be deemed to be terminated in any of the following cases:-
(a) In case of annulment of marriage under section 72 or 73,
(b) In case of divorce of husband and wife according to law,
(c) If the wife remarries without divorce according to law.
