Section 78
Special provisions relating to occupational safety and health
(1) The safety and health standards to be followed by the establishment related to the following subjects shall be as prescribed:-
(a) Provisions relating to eye protection,
(b) Provisions relating to protection against chemical substances,
(c) Arrangements for Operation of Pressure Plant,
(d) Provisions relating to the closing of machines,
(e) Provisions relating to heavy lifting,
(f) Other necessary provisions.
(2) Arrangements related to pressure plant and boiler testing shall be as prescribed.
(3) Establishment information and other business safety and health arrangements shall be as prescribed.
