: (1) If any person is offended due to non-observance of sub-section (3), (4), (5) or (6) of section 24 by any establishment, such person may complain to the manager. Explanation: For the purposes of this paragraph, "manager" means the official who has the authority to make the final decision on the operation of the establishment.
(2) If a complaint is received in accordance with sub-section (1), the manager shall conduct necessary investigation on such complaint within fifteen days, and if the conduct of the complaint is found reasonable during such investigation, he shall make necessary corrections or correct the error.
