Rule 14
Formulating a management action plan
(1) Each committee shall disclose the following matters and submit to the Conservation Officer a management action plan related to natural resources, conservation of wild animals and their use, community development and enhancement of the interests of local consumers to be used in their area:-
- The said village The area covered by the conservation area under the development committee,
- the status of wild animals, plants and other natural resources or forest produce if in the conservation area under the said village development committee,
- numerical details of local consumers and their Required yield,
- Planting of trees during the management action plan period,
- Detailed programs to be conducted in connection with community development or other benefits of consumers during the management action plan period,
- Management Detailed description of the program to be conducted in relation to the conservation of natural resources, conservation of wild animals and plants and tourism development during the work plan period,
- Total income that can be generated from various duties etc. during the management work plan period,
- In the management work plan Means, resources, manpower and money required to implement the mentioned programs. (2) When formulating the management work plan, the total goals and programs within the five years are formulated for the period of five years and the goals and programs are to be completed annually. It will also have to be divided.
(3) After receiving the management action plan according to sub-rule (1) from the committees under his area, the conservation officer shall make necessary amendments and submit it to the chief so that there is uniformity and coordination in those management action plans.
(4) After receiving the management action plan of the committees through the area protection offices, the chief should prepare a detailed management action plan by revealing the following things in order to coordinate and harmonize with those management action plans:-- Total area and border area of the protection area.The possibility of,
- current area division under the conservation area and the total area division to be done during the management work plan period,
- the status of the total wildlife, vegetation and other natural resources or forest products within the conservation area ,
- Numerical description of local consumers and the forest products they need,
- Planting to be done during the management action plan period,
- Protection, promotion of natural resources during the management action plan period, Detailed description of the programs to be conducted in relation to the protection of wild animals and plants, tourism development,
- Detailed description of the programs to be conducted in relation to the community development or other interests of consumers during the management action plan period,
- During the management action plan period The total income that can be obtained from various duties etc.,
- resources, manpower and funds required to implement the programs mentioned in the management action plan,
- during the management action plan period through the head office, area protection office and committees Details of operational expenses and administrative expenses according to the management action plan.
