(1) For the purpose of institutional strengthening of the Attorney General's office and subordinate offices, there will be a management committee in the Attorney General's office as follows:-
(a) Attorney General – Chairman
(b) Heads of Departments – Members (c) Associate Advocate-Member-Secretary looking after administration (2) The meeting of the management committee shall be held at least once a month.
(3) In the event that the position of the Attorney General is vacant or the Attorney General is absent from the office for a long time due to any reason, only the other members of the Management Committee can attend the meeting of the Management Committee.
(4) The management committee may invite any expert or employee to its meeting as needed.
(5) Other procedures related to the meeting of the management committee shall be as determined by the committee itself.
