(1) If a party decides to give compensation or any other cash to the other party when the case is decided, such compensation or cash should be paid within two months from the date of receiving information about the judgment or decision.
(2) If such compensation or cash is not paid within the period as per sub-section (1), interest at the rate of fifteen percent shall be given or paid on such compensation or cash from the date of decision of the case.
