(1) An employee shall not engage in any business, be a shareholder of a firm or accept any other type of employment without the approval of the committee. However, this restriction will not be applicable in the case of assistant fourth level or equivalent and below employees.
(2) The permanent employees of the committee shall not operate the newspaper or work as a representative of the newspaper or foreign news committee.
(3) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-rules (1) and (2), the employee may carry out literary, historical, scientific or artistic works.
