Rule 43
Professional Social Responsibility
(1) Large industries, medium or domestic or small industries with an annual turnover of more than fifteen million rupees shall spend the amount allocated for the purpose of carrying out professional social responsibility according to sub-section (1) of section 54 of the Act in any of the following areas:-
(a) disaster prevention; Control and Rescue,
(b) Community health - distribution of medicines and health related equipment to the organization, raising public awareness about health, conducting health camps and other health related programs,
(c) Protection and promotion of Nepali art, literature, culture, archaeological heritage,
(d) skill and income generating programs for low income, backward, rural women, persons with disabilities and minority, marginalized communities,
(e) Programs related to educational development, including scholarships, distribution of educational equipment and materials for community schools and universities, (f) Programs related to natural and environmental protection, including pollution control, waste management, promotion of alternative energy,
(g) Social maladjustment, disharmony, corruption and social backwardness: campaign against,
(h) Construction and maintenance of physical infrastructure such as drinking water project, roads, sewers, pati poua, old age homes, playgrounds, religious places, community health buildings, community buildings, orphanages, ashrams, parks, bus parks and bus stops.
(2) The related industry shall make an annual plan and program of the annual amount allocated to be spent in the areas under sub-rule (1) and submit it to the business registration body.
(3) At least fifty percent of the annual amount allocated to be spent in the areas as per sub-rule (1) shall be spent in the affected areas by the respective industry and the information thereof shall be given to the industry registration body.
(£) When undertaking any work under the professional social responsibility, in coordination with the relevant local level, the details of the completed work shall be submitted to the industry registration body. (5) Industry by professional socialIt is not allowed to spend from the amount set aside for responsibilities to directly benefit your industry or to conduct programs, or to individuals or social or business organizations that have your investment or are involved in your industry. 44, relating to compensation, (1) any industrial village, industrial as per sub-section (1) of section 56 of the Act; The Government of Nepal has published a notice in the Nepal Gazette stating that residential buildings or other buildings should not be constructed or settled on private land within the area and distance designated for the zone and special economic zone. Can apply for compensation.
(2) Based on the application received as per sub-rule - (1), the ministry shall carry out the necessary investigation and determine the necessary criteria with the participation of the concerned agencies and evaluate the compensation based on that.
(3) After the evaluation of the compensation as per sub-rule (2), the Ministry shall submit to the Government of Nepal with a recommendation to provide compensation to the petitioner as per sub-rule (1) and the Government of Nepal shall provide the amount of such compensation to the concerned person. 5, Use of electronic means: (1) According to section 57 of the Act, application for registration of high-quality services related to services flowing from a department or a single Nindu service center, foreign investment: approval, name change, name change, transfer, industry registration permit, capital and capacity increase, purpose addition or when receiving applications for actions such as changes, environmental impact assessment, return of investment and accumulated funds, exemptions, concessions, facilities, cancellations, regulations and intellectual property, giving information about them or doing other activities related to industry administration: records using electronic means will be done.
(2) The record prepared while performing the work as per sub-rule (1) shall be converted into electronic medium and attached to the portal.
(3) Integrated electronic industry including registration at provincial and local levelsThe details should be updated by the Higher Education Department through the portal.
(4) Act. In order to get discounts, facilities and concessions as per the e-portal, after the operation of the electronic portal, all the companies should join such portal and update their details as well. 4, Automatic approval process: The arrangements related to the automatic approval process according to Section 58 of the Act shall be as prescribed by the Government of Nepal by publishing a notice in the Nepal Gazette. 47, Repeal: (1) The Industrial Business Rules, 2076 are repealed. (2) Industrial Business Regulations, 2076. Actions taken in accordance with this regulation shall be considered as done in accordance with this regulation.
