Section 108
Sworn
(1) Before starting the work of their position, the governor and the director must take the oath of office and confidentiality before the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court or the judge appointed by him and the deputy governor before the governor in the format according to the schedule. The oath of office and confidentiality will have to be taken as prescribed.
