In the case of a project transferred by the Government of Nepal in accordance with the Act, this Regulation and Section 11 of the Act on providing services to consumers by the water supplier, the Nepal Government may set the necessary conditions during the transfer of the project in such a way that it does not conflict with the conditions set by the Government of Nepal.
(2) According to sub-rule (1), the water supplier shall consult with the district water supply office and the village development committee or the municipality when setting the conditions.
