5. In order to achieve access, quality and equity in education, community study centers will be made the basis of program management and coordination. Schools, local bodies and government organizations can operate individually or jointly as prescribed. ♦ Various educational and other programs will be conducted according to the needs of the community. ♦ Various programs will be conducted keeping in mind the other useful skills needed by the adult and youth members of the community. ♦ Community study center will be mobilized for community development, production increase and cultural preservation and continuous education. The following strategies will be used to implement the above policies and tactics: ♦ Local bodies will pay attention to special target groups when establishing community study centers in new areas. ♦ To make the Community Study Center a focal point for the extension of all kinds of non-formal education. ♦ Organizing literacy campaigns in the community by mobilizing various individuals and groups. ♦ To manage infant feeding center for women belonging to the group. ♦ Conducting various developmental activities for the benefit of the group according to the needs of the community.
