Section 11
Shareholder's Register Book
(1) The fund shall open and register the name of each shareholder in the prescribed format in the registration book. (2) In the registration book as per sub-section (1) in case of transfer of shares in accordance with section 10 or if the mortgage is given or if the filing is cancelled, the transaction shall also be stated. The registration book should be kept up to date.
