Section 7
Shell Bank not to be established or operated

(1) No one shall establish and operate a shell bank in Nepal or through the territory of Nepal. (2) No financial institution of Nepal shall establish a commercial relationship with a shell bank or any financial or other institution that allows a shell bank to do business or continue such commercial relationship.
