Section 429
Dismissal of filing of transfer of property to be entitled after balance

(1) In the event that someone has transferred his property to a person in such a way that he will be entitled to it after his balance, and in case of the death of the person who transferred the property, within six months from the date of his death, the person who will receive the property shall apply to the relevant office along with the death registration certificate and other proofs to cancel the registration of such property in his name.
(2) If any application is received in accordance with sub-section (1), the relevant office shall also look at the document in its possession and make necessary inquiries regarding the death of the person to whom such document is issued and whether such document is void or not.
(3) If it is found that the person transferring the property has died during the investigation according to sub-section (2) and he has not revoked the document, such property shall be canceled in the name of the person making the application within fifteen days from the date of filing the application.
(4) If a person submits an application to the office to cancel the filing without exceeding the deadline as per sub-section (1), the office shall charge him a fee of five hundred rupees for each year that the deadline is exceeded and cancel the filing of such property in his name in accordance with such document.
