<br> which may amend or cancel the post balance ticket
A person who has made a post-balance sheet may, at any time, present himself before the relevant authority and submit an application to amend the conditions of the post-balance sheet or cancel the sheet.
(2) According to sub-section (1), when amending or canceling the post balance sheet, such person shall appear before the concerned officer and produce a separate document to have such post balance sheet revised or cancelled.
(3) According to sub-section (2), the procedure for canceling or revising the post balance sheet shall be followed.
(4) Any property that has been deeded after the balance once, without canceling the deed after the balance in accordance with this section, cannot give the same property to another person by deeding the deed after the balance.
(5) Contrary to subsection (4), if there is a post-balance post, the previous post-post post will automatically be valid.
