Rule 26
Educational details to be maintained
(1) The children's correctional home should update the children's educational details and certificates regularly and include them in their personal details.
(2) When the children leave the Children's Correctional Home, the Children's Correctional Home shall make such details and certificates available to them and ensure that copies of the educational certificates are preserved for at least five years. (3) Any educational certificate of a child shall not contain such details as to indicate that the child is in a reformatory.
