(1) Federal civil service, security agency, other federal government service and organized: The minimum educational qualification required for the position to be filled in the organization shall be as mentioned in the law related to the related service and conditions.
(2) According to sub-section (1), the concerned body shall consult the commission before determining the minimum educational qualification required for the posts to be filled in the federal civil service, security agencies, other federal government services and organized organizations.
(3) Regardless of what is written in the prevailing law, the educational qualification obtained by a candidate from any university or educational institution is the same as the educational qualification determined for any post of the relevant service, group or sub-group, shall be as decided by the Commission.
(4) The decision made by the Commission in accordance with sub-section (3) shall also apply to other candidates with similar educational qualifications.
