8.1 Accreditation by the Council: 8.1.1 The Council shall grant recognition to certificates of academic qualification or other titles related to Ayurveda business as prescribed for the purpose of registration in the Council. 8.1.2 Certificates or degrees of educational qualifications recognized in accordance with sub-section 8.1.1 shall be published in the Nepal Gazette. 8.1a. Who can request details: The educational institution that grants the certificate of educational qualification or other degrees recognized in accordance with sub-section 8.1.1 of section 8.1, for the evaluation of the course prescribed for such certificate or other degrees and the conditions prescribed for admission, may be evaluated by the council from time to time. Details can be requested from such organization and it will be the duty of such organization to provide such details. 8.1b. Inspection of Examination: The Council may appoint and send an inspector to inspect the examinations taken by the relevant educational institution for the certificate of educational qualification or other degrees recognized in accordance with sub-section 8.1.1 of section 8.1. The inspectors appointed in this way will submit a report to the council detailing the details prescribed by the council regarding the examinations they have inspected. But the inspector is not allowed to interfere in such examination. 8.1c. Removal of Accreditation: 8.1c.1 Clause 8.1a. According to the details received and section 8.1b.
