: (1) If the accused in the case of organized crime cannot be presented in the court from the point of view of security, he can be produced through audio-visual dialogue.
(2) If there is a situation as per sub-section (1), the investigating officer or the police office shall submit an application to the open court for the reason.
(3) If an application is received in accordance with sub-section (2), the court may order the presence of the accused in the court through audio-visual communication after considering the condition of the accused, the location of the accused and other necessary matters, and when giving such an order, the investigating officer or the police may also specify the conditions to be followed.
