Section 100
Labor Audit to be done
(1) Every establishment shall conduct a labor audit and prepare a report on whether or not the work has been carried out in accordance with this Act, regulations and prevailing laws in the establishment.
(2) The report according to sub-section (1) shall be provided to the office or the inspector when the office or the inspector inspects in accordance with this paragraph or when requested.
