Section 24
Labor permit can be issued
: Regardless of what is written in section 22 and 23, the department can grant labor permit to foreign nationals by keeping a record in the following cases:-
(a) The executive head of the foreign-invested or foreign-assisted establishment and the number of workers specified to work in the establishment, (b) A technician who comes for a period of three months or less to repair any machinery or to install new technology or to do other similar emergency work.
