Instead of Section 72 of Labor Act, 2048, the following Section 72 has been placed:- “72. Establishment of Labor Courts: (1) For the purpose of this Act, the Government of Nepal shall publish a notice in the Nepal Gazette and constitute the required number of Labor Courts. दाधाध. (2) The position and territorial jurisdiction of the Labor Court established in accordance with sub-section (1) shall be as specified in the notification.
(3) As per sub-section (1) there is only one labor court, the location of such court will be in Kathmandu Valley and that court may establish a bench in other places within Nepal as per the need.
(4) The procedure of labor court shall be as prescribed.
(5) The Labor Court existing at the commencement of this section shall be deemed to have been constituted in accordance with this Act.
