Section 111
Formation of Labor Relations Committee

(1) In an establishment employing ten or more workers, the employer shall form a labor relations committee as prescribed.
(2) The work, duties and rights of the Labor Relations Committee established in accordance with sub-section (1) shall be as follows:-
(a) Discussing the need to increase productivity and improve work systems,
(b) If there is a worker's complaint or if there is a situation that may arise, discuss with the relevant party and try to solve it (c) Improving the working environment of the workplace,
(d) To act in the capacity of the occupational health and safety committee until it is constituted,
(e) To perform other tasks as specified.
(3) The meeting of the Labor Relations Committee as per sub-section (1) shall be held as per the requirement without adversely affecting the working hours of the establishment.
(4) The constitution of the committee, the term of office and the arrangements for the meeting shall be as prescribed.
