: (1) The meeting of the Labor Relations Committee shall be convened by the Secretary as determined by the Chairman. But such a meeting should be called at least once a month.
(2) The meeting held according to sub-rule (1) shall be conducted by the manager.
(3) The decision of the meeting shall be recorded by the secretary in the decision book and certified by the chairman.
(4) The whole process related to the meeting of the Labor Relations Committee shall be as determined by the Committee itself.
