: (1) In order to be nominated as members of the Labor Relations Committee, there must be workers and employees who have completed at least eighteen years of age and have completed at least one year of continuous service in the tea plantation.
(2) The office bearers of the Labor Relations Committee shall be the Chairman, Deputy Chairman, Secretary, Co-Secretary and Treasurer.
(3) The manager shall nominate the chairman of the labor relations committee from among the members (4) The Vice-Chairman and Secretary of the Labor Relations Committee will be selected from among the worker representatives represented in that committee, and the Co-Secretary and Treasurer of that committee will be selected from among the management representatives represented in that committee.
(5) The term of office of the members and officers of the Labor Relations Committee shall be two years
