Section 61
Liability of labor suppliers

(1) The labor supplier shall not be allowed to carry out work contrary to the conditions or instructions prescribed in accordance with this Act or the rules made under this Act.
(2) The labor supplier, as an employer in accordance with this Act, shall regularly provide wages and other benefits to the laborers he supplies in a manner not less than that determined in accordance with this Act.
(3) If the main employer has not taken measures and arrangements or arrangements to be adopted at the workplace for the occupational safety and health of the workers, the labor supplier shall be informed on a regular basis and if it is found that the arrangements have not been made, it shall be recommended to make such arrangements immediately.
(4) If it is found that the main employer has not implemented the recommendation under sub-section (3), the labor supplier shall inform the department or the relevant office.
