(1) When the employer requests the workers he needs, he must submit an application to the employment service center in the format as per schedule-3.
(2) According to sub-rule (1) according to the demand of the employer? If the laborer is available at the labor service center, the labor service center shall recommend the laborer and inform the concerned employer within seven days from the date of receipt of the application.
(3) According to sub-rule (2), if a worker who has been employed on the recommendation of the Employment Service Center leaves the job for any reason, the employer shall inform the Employment Service Center accordingly.
