: (1) Regardless of what is written in section 16, when trainees are employed in accordance with this paragraph, they shall not be employed for more than eight hours daily and forty-eight hours weekly.
(2) Provisions related to occupational health and safety shall apply to trainees in the same manner as to workers (3) If a trainee meets with an accident while doing training work, unless otherwise agreed between the establishment and the educational institution, such establishment shall treat such trainee as a laborer and in case of disability shall provide compensation according to this Act.
(4) In the case of matters other than those mentioned in sub-section (1), (2) and (3), it shall be as written in the agreement between the relevant educational institution and the establishment.
