: According to sub-section (3) of section 17 of the Act, the person or organization employing children as laborers shall prepare the details in the format as per Schedule 3 and send them to the District Child Welfare Committee. The District Child Welfare Committee shall send a copy of the information received in that manner to the concerned labor office.
