Section 69
Duties of Employers to Workers

(1) In relation to occupational safety and health, the employer shall have the following duties towards the workers:-
(a) Creating a safe working environment by making proper arrangements for safety and health at the workplace,
(b) To make arrangements that do not adversely affect safety and health during the use, operation, storage and transportation of chemical, physical or biological substances or equipment at the workplace,
(c) To provide necessary information, information and training related to safety and health to workers as required,
(d) Providing necessary training and information in appropriate language to the workers regarding the use and operation of chemical, physical or biological substances related to equipment or work,
(e) Making proper arrangements for entering and exiting the workplace safely.
(f) To provide workers with personal protective equipment as needed.
(g) Making other arrangements as specified (2) The employer shall not charge any fee or fee from the worker for providing any facility or equipment related to safety to the worker.
