Section 1
Abbreviation and initials
(1) The name of this Act is “Iodized Salt (Production and Sale and Distribution) Act, 2055”.
(2) This Act shall come into effect from the date specified by the Government of Nepal in the designated area by publishing a notice in the Nepal Gazette.
